Training Packages

Full Time Board/Training  = $1050

Training per session is $30.00

Full Time Board/Training includes training and full management of your horse.

Boarding

Twin Elm Training is a 40 acre facility with 30 stalls, a 65’ x 185’ indoor arena, wash rack, heated/cooled observation room, numerous pastures, 90' x 200' outdoor arena, riding trails and a 1/2 mile track.

Boarding Prices

Inside Board/Month = $700.00

Special Care Boarding/Month = $725.00

Outside Board/Month = $450.00

Special Care Boarding/Month = $475.00

Inside Board includes daily turnout, hay and grain 2-3x per day, daily stall cleaning, access to indoor/outdoor arenas, large tack locker (if available) and outdoor track.

Outside Board includes, in the winter, round bales or square bales 3x a day, summer-time access to grass pastures, large tack locker (if available), grain 2x per day.   Access to indoor/outdoor arenas and outdoor track.

Special Care Boarding includes scheduling and holding for routine farrier, veterinary visits (spring, summer and fall vaccine appts) and dentist visits.
