Bobbie Jo Graham

After competing in her first horse show at the age 1, horses have been a huge part of Bobbie Jo’s life. Bobbie Jo grew up in the Upper Peninsula, competing with stock type horses at the 4-H and Open Show level. After high school, she attended Michigan State University’s Institute of Agricultural Technology studying Horse Management. In 1998, Bobbie Jo graduated from this program and was named the Outstanding Horse Management Student of the year. Bobbie Jo continued her education at Michigan State and went on to get a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science. During her time at Michigan State, Bobbie Jo was an active member of the Institute of Agricultural Technologies Horse Judging Team, the MSU Equestrian Team, and was a board member of the MSU Horseman’s Association. During the summer of 1998, Bobbie Jo started working for Showcase Stables, Inc. in Northville, Michigan.  During her 6 years with Showcase Stables, Bobbie Jo worked her way up to becoming their Senior Instructor, Summer Camp Director, and assisting with their training program. In 2004 Bobbie Jo began Twin Elm Training as a part-time traveling operation and over the years has developed into a full time, full service horse training and lesson program.

Carley has been involved in horses for as long as she can remember. Carley started taking lessons at the age of 6 and started off riding Hunter/Jumpers while growing up in Walled Lake, MI. During high school, Carley bought her first horse on her own and worked for a local farm where she started teaching lessons and assisting with their Summer Camp Program. After high school, Carley decided to pursue a Bachelor of Science Degree in Animal Science at Michigan State University.  In May of 2009 Carley graduated with a  Bachelors of Science degree in Animal Science. Carley started working for Twin Elm Training in August of 06, where she currently teaches lessons and assists with the training and camp program.
